[Notice] ICoLA 2024 Event Guidelines

Event #1. Attendance Gift for All the Participants

ICoLA 2024 provides bag & umbrella to all the participants.

[How to Join]
1. Visit registration desk, take your name tag and receive the kit.
2. In the kit, you will be provided with ICoLA 2024 bag & umbrella.

Event #2. Stamp Tour Event

Visit exhibition booths and collect 80% of the total booth stamps.
(Diamond, Platinum, Gold, and JLA booth stamps are mandatory to collect.)
For domestic participants Starbucks e-Gift Card(KRW 30,000) will be provided,
and for overseas pariticipants, Amazon e-Gift Card(USD 30) will be provided after the congress.

[How to Join]
1. Visit registration desk and take your name tag and receive the kit.
2. In the kit, you will be provided with ICoLA 2024 stamp tour event sheet.
3. Collect stamps from exhibition booths.
4. After collecting stamps, submit your event sheet to the staff at event desk.

[Important Notes]
- Stamp Tour Event Desk: Lobby, 5F, Conrad Seoul in front of Secretariat Office
- You will be able to check exact location of event desk by the map in your event sheet.

Event #3. Lucky Draw Event

Lucky draw event will be proceeded in Welcome Reception, Breakfast Symposium 1~8, and Closing Ceremony.
You can draw your tickets in front of each event entrance.

[Important Notes]
- Please check 'Yes' to the attendance to Welcome Reception, and pay the additional fee during the registration process.
- Welcome Reception attendance check can be closed earlier than the registration deadline because it is first-come-first-served basis.

Event #4. Photogenic Event

Take a group photo with your colleagues in ICoLA 2024.
After the congress, special gifts will be awarded to the top 3 laboratories of groups with the most people in their photos

[How to Join]
1. Take a group-selfie everywhere in ICoLA 2024.
2. Submit your photo through ICoLA 2024 Kakaotalk Channel. (The link will be opened on-site.)
3. The result will be notified through News & Notice of ICoLA 2024 website.

Event #5. Satisfaction Survey Event

Among ICoLA 2024 attendees who participate in the survey, and are selected through a drawing, you will receive e-Coupons. (Starbucks e-Coupons for Domestic Participants & Amazon e-Coupons for Overseas Participants)

[How to Join]
1. Check the survey link which will be notified on-site during the congress.
2. Access to the survey link, fill out the form, and submit it.
3. After drawing random winners, ICoLA 2024 will provide e-coupons.

Event #6. Congress Review Event

Please share your experience in ICoLA 2024 with your memorable pictures.
ICoLA 2024 provides e-Gift Cards to the best review notes.
(Department Store e-Gift Cards for Domestic Participants & Amazon e-Gift Cards for Overseas Participants)

[How to Join]
1. Write down your review notes in MS word file (.docx).
2. Submit your file in word file to ICoLA 2024 secretariat at icola2024@planbear.co.kr.
3. After screening process by the organizing committee, winners will be reimbursed with e-Gift Cards.

Event #7. Caricature Event

Caricature painter will draw your portrait in ICoLA 2024, and you can meet the painter on Day 3 (Sep 28(Sat), 2024).
The exact location for the event on the venue will be notified right before the congress.
